What excited us about this project was the ambitious scope compared with all of the others. Upon completion, it could far outweigh the competition in terms of overall amenities and activities for residents and visitors. Golf at Gran Pacifica!
The new Tommy Haugen-designed championship golf course is ready for play at Gran Pacifica. Golfers will enjoy grand vistas and the course will offer a tremendous amount of variety and excitement. Additional plans are in the works for as much as 45 total holes including nine more resort course holes and an additional 18 holes of championship golf.

The Path to Progress
In spite of the economic downturn, steady progress continues to be made at Gran Pacifica Resort. With the development's infrastructure firmly in place, the last two years have seen a number of homes under construction for new residents. Homes range anywhere from modest two-bedroom casitas to grand colonial style mansion-like structures with patio and in-ground pool.
