An internationally trained chef will preside over a gourmet restaurant that will offer both indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the pool complex and the Pacific. Ingredients will be the freshest, locally grown produce, seafood and meats of the season, cooked to the highest standards. Only a short walk away, you will enjoy a wide variety of international entrees as well as a host of local delicacies. The restaurant at the Beach Club will also cater parties or events at your residence.
16 luxury riverfront or beachside casitas will be available to accommodate guests. All housekeeping and special requests will be attended to by a professional staff. Service will be impeccable, rivaled only by the finest hotels. The Beach Club at Montecristo will also offer access to the pool cabanas and attended lounge chairs along the beach. For the more active, there are surf board, kayak, canoe, and WaveRunner rentals on the river side dock adjacent to the Beach Club.
Equestrian Center
 The Equestrian Center is a premier facility for all types of equestrian activities, including jumper, dressage, combined training and all breed shows. Landholders at Ranch at Montecristo have exclusive access to some of the most beautiful trail riding in Central America. Trails that wind through the Altos Mountains, along with panoramic views from Costa Azul, take on new significance when viewed from astride a horse. While friends and family ride, landholders can enjoy the vistas and amenities of Montecristo. The horse owner will appreciate the professional facilities and care available at the planned Equestrian Center, and year-round riding in the beautiful climate of Nicaragua.
