Championship Golf with an Ocean View
Tommy Haugen, President of T L Haugen Design, Inc. is sculpting 18 holes of superb resort golf on which 4 out of 18 holes play to, on, or away from the ocean for unparalleled ocean play in the region. There will be four sets of tees (plus seniors) and dark volcanic sand bunkers throughout. Golfers will enjoy grand vistas and the golf will offer a tremendous amount of variety and excitement. Additional plans are in the works for as much as 45 total holes as part of the Gran Pacifica Master Plan including 9 more resort course holes and an additional 18 holes of championship golf.
Initially a total of 10,000 sq. ft. of public facilities associated with the course will be built including a pro shop, restaurant, locker rooms, pool and grill/pub. The Purchasing Process
To facilitate the process quickly and conveniently, contact us at: nicaragua@vinniesworld.com and provide your full contact information, occupation, marital status, and passport number to complete the ownership documentation, which will then be forwarded to you via e-mail for your reference. Once you have reviewed and authorized the documentation, you must return it to your Vinnie's World Client Services Representative with a check for full payment.
For those who intend to take advantage of financing options, home and lot packages, and condominiums can be financed at 50% loan-to-value, up to 70% under certain conditions. You may reserve a property for 30 days. To do so, simply follow the procedures above and return a $2,500 deposit check. The necessary documentation will be forwarded to you for the purchase of the property. Title insurance forr properties at Gran Pacifica is provided by First American.
We will "hold" a lot for one week without a deposit to allow time to plan a trip or arrange alternate financing for your investment. We can assist with hotel reservations plus shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to and from the development site.
